Pro-Vital acquires ReAge's activities and strengthens its position in the food supplement market

Pro-Vital, a leading company in the development of complex preparations, is proud to announce the acquisition of ReAge's activities. With this strategic acquisition, Pro-Vital is taking an important step in expanding its range and strengthening its position in the nutritional supplements market.
The acquisition, which was completed on 19 December 2025, marks the beginning of a new chapter for both Pro-Vital and ReAge. Pro-Vital is determined to breathe new life into ReAge's valuable ideas and to further develop the existing line of supplements aimed at supporting the ageing process.

In the coming period, Pro-Vital will focus on completing and updating the Male Factor and Femeno product lines. In addition, every effort will be made to ensure a smooth transition of Re-Age activities.
